Each and every enquiry is scrutinized for its correctness like product code, grade, item description and quantities. This is done to achieve zero error in responding to them by means of quotation. All the quotes are authorized by responsible person to ensure better rates and delivery commitments. Field staffs are also made aware of the customer requirements and asked to be in touch with them to update. All the orders received therein, checked and booked immediately. Dispatches are made as and when orders received by them from booking dept. Most of the time deliveries are immediate for all ex-stock cases. Customer is informed about his deliveries. Thus, we ensure complete customer care loop is followed by us. Product  These chemicals are basically used for the indented use only. We follow safety guidelines for all the chemicals as mentioned in published literature available to us. We do not claim testing for the same. We stand to our certificate of analysis and values mentioned therein. We further suggest buyer to test all the products prior to use for there satisfaction. We do not take any warranty for any adulterated or misbranded products. Customer has to ensure hazard nature, storage conditions, legal requirements, and applications of the products prior to purchase of the same from Chemrich fine chemicals. Its customers responsibility to made aware all the users about the above mentioned facts. Customer is also advised to inform his customers and vendors / personnel of any risks involved in using or handling the products. Customer shall follow all the safety and handling instruction issued by the Chemrich fine chemicals time to time in relation to use of product. No products purchased from Chemrich fine chemicals are to be repackaged, relabeled. Use of products purchased from Chemrich fine chemicals as foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics is prohibited. List Price Prices are including excise duty and are subject to change without prior notice. These prices are excluding any other taxes and govt. duties apart from mentioned herein. Our quotes are valid for specified time and price mentioned therein. Orders placed in the specified period of validity shall be honored at any cost. Order Confirm the acceptance of terms and conditions of quotation, as it helps us to process your orders quickly and efficiently. Your PO must mention details like contact name, telephone number, fax number and or e-mail for correspondence. Price, units, quantities and taxes should be mentioned correctly along with delivery date and preferred transport. Combine your orders to minimise freight cost per unit. Do not duplicate your orders, if so pl mention it clearly to avoid dual shipment and billing. Delivery All orders are delivered from our stock point / factory as the case may be. In few cases delivery can be organized through channel partners. delivery charges shall be as per the agreed terms of PO. We reserve the right to change mode of transport if it does not comply with regulations or, in our judgment, will not deliver a material safely. Charges shall be borne by the either of parties as per terms mentioned in PO. We assure customer for immediate deliveries for all ex-stock items. Other items shall be delivered within the time frame mentioned in PO. In case of untoward incidence like non availability of raw material for production, quality of finished goods, transportation problem shall be intimated to the customer in time for revised delivery schedule. Warranty Chemrich fine chemicals warrant its products shall conform to the specification issued by the company, certificate of analysis (COA) submitted to the customer. We limit our warranty to the product and its claims as per specification and COA only. Warranty is no longer valid for misuse of products in any manner, has failed to use the products in accordance with industry standards and practices, or has failed to use the products in accordance with instructions, communicated by the Chemrich Fine Chemicals. We guarantee replacement of defective or nonconforming product without charge or refund of the purchase price, at our own discretion, upon the return of such products in accordance with guidelines suggested by the company. Chemrich Fine Chemicals shall not in any event be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind resulting from any use or failure of the products, even if Chemrich fine chemicals has been advised of the possibility of such damage including, without limitation, liability for loss of use, loss of work in progress, down time, loss of revenue or profits, failure to realize savings, loss of products of customer or other use or any liability of customer to a third party on account of such loss, or for any labor or any other expense, damage or loss occasioned by such product including personal injury or property damage unless such personal injury or property damage is caused by Chemrich fine chemicals gross negligence. Replacement Guidelines We advise you to ensure quality of material including packing and inform us for any non compliance within 15 days of purchase and notify us promptly of any damage or discrepancies. We assure you of immediate response this matter. We request you to confirm return of such goods to us for authorization from our side and transport details. Confirmation from our side shall ensure speedy resolution of matter and safe and proper handling of material. Material returned without proper approval may not be accepted. We are not responsible for material purchased and remain till expiry period with customer. New labels can be issued against the damaged one instead of replacing the material itself. Items requiring special packing or conditions to be maintained, shall be intimated to the customer for additional cost. Chemrich Believes In Customer And His Satisfaction Is Prime For Us. Hence, We Assure Replacement Of The Material Or Refund Of His Money, As The Case May Be. | Top |
